Position Overview

Cromwell UK is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Admission Officer to join the Marketing and Admissions team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the admissions process, providing prospective students with guidance, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience. The role also includes building and managing the agents’ database, representing Cromwell UK at relevant events, and coordinating with stakeholders to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the admissions process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment and outreach activities including undertaking presentations at schools, corporations, and government entities.
• The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to new customers to shortlist and close business deals.
• Responsible to meet Daily/ weekly/ monthly targets.
• Advise prospective students on admissions requirements, financial aid processes and procedures, academic program offerings, and opportunities available at Cromwell UK.
• Work with applicants throughout admission process to ensure timely completion of applications, and advise them regarding the most appropriate study options for them.
• Undertake ongoing strategic communication with prospective students and applicants, including telephone outreach, online chats, email and interviews, etc.
• Participate in planning and implementing campus visit programs, including individual meetings and interviews, group presentations, and recruitment and admission events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Education, Business Administration, International Business or a related discipline)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the higher education sector in the UAE (mandatory)
• Fluency in English, along with proficiency in at least one additional language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to details, creative, and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to represent the institute in a professional manner.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with prospective students, parents, and colleagues.
• Strong focus on providing high-quality service to prospective students and applicants
• High level of attention to detail when reviewing applications, documentation, and eligibility criteria.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple applications, deadlines, and tasks efficiently.
• Comfortable with using admissions management systems, CRM tools, and student databases. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to “sell” the institution’s programs to prospective students, highlighting the unique features and benefits of attending the institution.
