Cromwell UK is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead our dynamic team of sales and admissions professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the team to achieve student enrollment targets, managing the admissions process, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will be instrumental in shaping the team’s success, improving processes, and ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
• Plan, design and execute the sales activities of the Institution.
• Lead, train and coordinate the Sales Executives and marketing support team to achieve sales target.
• Actively promote the institution’s courses through various channels, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
• Provide expert guidance and counselling to prospective students, helping them choose the right courses with confidence.
• Represent the institution at exhibitions and information kiosks, presenting courses and features to prospective students.
• Visit different business establishments, agents, business organizations, schools and other educational institutions to promote the courses of the institution.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales activities, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Leverage student networks, including alumni and career services, to enhance course promotion and student engagement.
• Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer queries, providing exceptional service.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as accounting, registry, administration, and academic services to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to maximize efficiency and drive growth.
• Provide management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitor activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Stay informed about course information, market conditions, competitor actions, and promotional trends by reviewing relevant literature and collaborating with management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• MBA or equivalent is an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience in sales with working experience in the UAE, preferably in the Higher Education industry and with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Previous experience managing or leading a sales team is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and motivate the team.
• Ability to develop team members through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team toward achieving sales and enrollment targets.
• Strong background in sales, with proven success in meeting or exceeding targets and has the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive student enrolment.
• Skilled in managing relationships with agents, partners, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth admissions processes.
• Ability to assess the market, identify trends, and adapt strategies to maximize enrolment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and admissions software to streamline processes and track performance. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Strong understanding of ethical practices and compliance within higher education admissions processes. Knowledge of relevant regulations and policies governing admissions.
