Position Overview

The Event & PR Coordinator will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing impactful student events and activities, both on and off campus. This role also involves representing Cromwell UK at external exhibitions, building strong relationships with schools and industry leaders to support student recruitment, and showcasing our events through effective media and branding strategies.

Responsibilities

Design, organize, and execute co-curricular and extracurricular events for students.
Identify potential external events suitable for the branding and marketing and represent the organization in such events to enhance brand visibility and attract prospective students.
Build and maintain relationships with school officials, counsellors, and industry leaders to facilitate admissions through schools and corporate connections.
Develop event concepts and campaigns with strong branding and public relations focus.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure events are effectively promoted and showcased across digital and traditional media platforms.
Monitor and evaluate event impact and provide regular reports on outcomes and improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in event management, PR, or student engagement (experience in education sector preferred).

Desirable Skills

Skilled in managing professional relationships with students, agents, partners, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth event management.
Ability to assess the market, identify trends, and adapt strategies to enhance the brand image.
Strong organizational, communication, and networking skills.
Creativity and branding acumen to design events that leave a lasting impression.
Willingness to travel and represent the institution at external events.
