The Operations Coordinator oversees campus operations, including staff, student services, compliance, and event planning, ensuring efficient processes and strategic improvements. Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
1. Manage all day-to-day operations of the campus, including student recruitment, registry, student support, human Resources, academic operations, facilities management, licensing & legal affairs, maintenance and security as per the SOP.
2. Ensure that each staff is aligned to achieve the set targets for each department with minimum utilization of resources.
3. Plan and oversee all types of campus events, ensuring they are conducted on time, within budget, and are effective enough to enhance the student experience and the brand image of the College.
4. Recruit qualified staff in timely manner by foreseeing the requirements in each department and onboarding them effectively. This also involves developing a pool of suitable candidates for various designations.
5. Facilitate the review visits or external guest visits in such a way that it showcases the professionalism of the organization.
6. Ensure that all documents related to the legal and quality codes are ready without any errors, at all times, for inspection by any stakeholder.
7. Ensure compliance with the awarding organizations’ rules, regulations and policies, as well as the policies of Cromwell UK.
8. Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring that their services meet the college’s standards and are delivered at competitive rates.
9. Participate in relevant committee meetings to review and implement campus policies and procedures that establish clear guidelines for the use of facilities, services, and resources.
10. Meticulously maintain the records of all stakeholder interactions, including meeting notes, sales reports, performance report of each admission officers, agent agreements, correspondence, and follow-ups.
11. Suggest new ideas and strategies to the management for the improvement of quality and overall development of the organization.
1. Bachelor’s degree in management or other relevant qualification
2. Minimum 3 years’ work experience with the tasks similar to the following.
a) Knowledge and Skills in Office operations
b) Experience in coordinating different departments.
c) Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Ability to work with less supervision
